Details of the first carbon fibre layup. Shows the stack and orientations used during bulk production of test specimens.
Part 3 looks at the first composite panel manufactured. The face panels are made using resin infusion and bonded to the aluminium honeycomb core.
Part 2 takes a deeper look into the requirements and limitations of a composite monocoque. It also introduces the governing rules and regulations (2014/15) for a composite chassis.
